Your birth date, time, and place are the most sensitive inputs Unfate collects — they're what makes every chart calculation possible, and they're not the kind of thing we treat casually. Here's the plain version of where that data lives and what happens to it.
Birth data is stored encrypted at rest, separately from the rest of your profile, and it's read only by the calculation service that generates your chart and fate scores — not by matching, messaging, or analytics systems, which only ever receive the computed results, never the raw birth details.
Nothing about your birth data is sold, shared with advertisers, or handed to third parties for anything beyond the narrow services we use to run the app. No admin dashboard shows raw birth data in the course of ordinary support work — it exists specifically to feed the astrology engine and nowhere else in the system.
