You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering, including your birthdate.

You agree not to use this platform to harass, impersonate, or harm other users, to post content you do not have the right to share, or to attempt to circumvent the platform's security or age-verification measures.

You retain ownership of the profile information, photos, and messages you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share anything you upload.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that we cannot verify meet the age requirement, or that we are required to act on for legal or safety reasons.

Astrological content and compatibility scores are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes and are not a guarantee of any outcome. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

The platform, including all astrological content, compatibility scores, and matching results, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a notice through our legal notice form identifying the material and describing your rights. We will review good-faith notices and remove or disable access to infringing content we are able to verify.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to q10 inc's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction over that location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version date on this page, and may require you to re-accept before continuing to use the platform.
